Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several goods that are not returned. Perishable articles such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines shall not be returned, and private articles, sanitary articles, dangerous goods, flammable liquids, gases and other articles shall not be returned.

To fill out your tax return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Any item is not in the original state, damaged or some parts are lost for reasons other than our error

After receiving and checking your return, we will send an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed within a few days and the credit card will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

 Overdue or missing refund (if any)

If you have not received the refund, please recheck your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company. Your refund may take some time to be officially released.

Only goods with normal prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the remaining goods cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items when they are defective or damaged.


If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. After receiving the return, we will send you a gift check.

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the orderer has sent the order to you, we will refund the orderer and the orderer will inquire about your return.

When returning goods, you must pay the freight yourself. Freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
